Hey beautiful, I'm Stephanie.

Until February 2022, I was a business strategist, author of Absolutely on Purpose and The Freedom Philosophy, host of Thriving Empire podcast, and an obsessed aromatherapist.

Then.... BRAIN FOG + 31 other symptoms.

Previously athletic, a pot belly appeared; previously fit, my workouts destroyed me; my body felt like lead and I had extreme fatigue, but couldn’t sleep. I didn’t recognise myself in the mirror, it was horrifying.

I felt irrational anxiety that made no damn sense whatsoever; an impending sense of doom that something dreadful was about to happen (all the time); and completely hopeless about the future.

Then the perimenopause penny dropped.

When the perimenopause penny dropped, I spent the next 15 months reading, studying and learning evidence based-information, getting certified in Menopause training for health care professionals, and becoming a menopause society associate. I'm obsessed with staying abreast of the latest evidence-based information about perimenopause so I can share it with you.
